Scope of Role

This is a local, on call field support role focused on maintaining and supporting deployed robotic systems in a clinical setting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing light service, maintenance, and device updates
  • Supporting device validations and basic troubleshooting
  • Assisting with clinical demos and operational readiness
  • Providing structured feedback to our engineering team

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Mechanically inclined (engineering student, technician, or hands on builder)
  • Reliable and responsive for short-notice, on-site support
  • Comfortable working in hospital environments
  • Able to follow structured procedures with attention to detail

No advanced robotics experience is required, this is a hands on, practical support role with guidance provided.

Engagement Model

  • Part-time / on-call (as needed basis)
  • Primarily based in the Burlington / Greater Boston area
  • Opportunity to grow with future deployments
