Archon Systems Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand and strengthen the partner and referral ecosystem for our B2B SaaS platform, inFlow Inventory. This role is focused on building and maintaining long term professional relationships with consultants, advisors, technology partners, and industry stakeholders who influence software decisions. You'll combine thoughtful outreach, in person engagement at industry events, and ongoing relationship management to help grow awareness and adoption of inFlow Inventory across key markets.Who are we: We are a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company helping small businesses compete with the giants. Your main goal is to grow our partner program by bringing in new partners and strengthening existing relationships.What you'd do: Be a self-starter identifying partners to pursue and owning growth; Connect with partner leads via email, phone, and other outreach; Guide leads through the partner program and onboarding; Learn partner goals and deliver product demos; Collaborate with sales on outreach strategies; Become an expert in our product and competitive landscape; Track the partner pipeline in HubSpot; Share partner feedback with the development team; Report to the Director of Business Development.What We're Looking For: Fluent in English; 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales (preferably partnerships or channel sales); HubSpot or similar CRM expertise; Familiarity with platforms like Partnerstack, Partner.io, etc.; Tech-savvy and adaptable; Customer focused and empathetic; Proactive and confident; Creative and strategic self-starter; Bonus: experience with inventory management, small businesses, multiple languages, or unique hobbies.Use of AI in the hiring process: We use AI-enabled tools to support parts of our process; every hiring decision is made by real humans.
