Bootstrapped, stable, and successful since 2007; cloud/mobile since 2017.Hybrid work - one day/week in the office: One day per week (typically) in our Toronto office; other days flexible.Some of our job benefits: Competitive salary: $55,000 - $75,000 OTE annually (depending on experience), plus annual performance-based incentives; Health and dental benefits; Top-notch computers; $500 fitness benefit; Subsidized internet and phone plans; Make a difference: you'll be the 66th member of our team; 3 weeks vacation (increasing with tenure) plus 10 PTO days.Job Overview: As part of our SDR team, you'll be primarily responsible for qualifying and booking meetings with inbound leads from our marketing site and those that sign-up and start trials of our inFlow products.Responsibilities: Connect with leads via live chat, phone, email and scheduled Zoom meetings; Discovery and qualification; Understand each lead's pain points and goals and how inFlow can help; Book qualified meetings with an AE; Become a product expert, answering pre-sales questions and creating solutions/workflows; Take notes and update CRM; Share feedback from leads with product; Run in-app and marketing site experiments; Propose your own ideas to grow the customer base.What we're looking for: 1+ years of sales experience (ideally B2B SaaS inbound); Experience with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.; Tech-savvy; Customer-centric and empathetic; Confident and driven.Nice to have: SaaS industry experience; Experience with inventory management, small businesses, working remotely; Unique hobbies.Use of AI in the hiring process: We use AI-enabled tools to support parts of our process; every hiring decision is made by real humans.
