We began by dominating the desktop inventory software market with over a million downloads, and since 2017 we've transitioned to the cloud and mobile unlocking new possibilities and accelerating our growth. Job Overview: Help small businesses find the right fit for them! As part of our SDR team, you'll be primarily responsible for qualifying and booking meetings with inbound leads from our marketing site and trial sign-ups. Responsibilities: connect with leads via live chat, phone, email and Zoom; discovery and qualification; understand pain points and how inFlow can help; book qualified meetings with an AE; become a product expert; take great notes and update CRM; share feedback with product; run experiments to lift conversion; propose ideas to grow the customer base. What we're looking for: 1+ years of sales experience (B2B SaaS inbound a plus); experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce); tech-savvy; customer-centric and empathetic; confident and driven. Nice to have: SaaS experience; familiarity with inventory/small business; working remotely; unique hobbies.
