Who are we We are a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company helping small businesses compete with the giants, focused on inventory management. Since 2007 we've been bootstrapped, stable, and successful; transitioned to cloud and mobile since 2017. Hybrid work: typically one day/week in our Toronto office for team gatherings and activities. Job Overview: Reporting to the Director of Sales & Customer Operations, you'll support and grow the sales department, improve systems, dynamics, and strategy, and coach SDRs and AEs. Manage a team of ~9 across Toronto and Lisbon. Core management responsibilities: design and improve processes (lead qualification, pipeline management, sales execution, performance & accountability); manage CRM and sales tools; implement best practices to increase conversion and improve lead quality; run operations (tracking, meetings, reviews); set and report on KPIs; participate in hiring and training. Core sales leadership responsibilities: primary point of contact for day-to-day sales questions and escalations; coach SDRs and AEs on qualification, objection handling, deal strategy, and time/pipeline management; ensure collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success; surface insights on pricing, lead quality, competition, and customer needs; drive projects to improve efficiency and reporting. Secondary responsibilities: implement processes for engagement and retention; represent sales in cross-department projects; contribute to pricing, promotions, and strategy; propose improvements. What we're looking for: 2–3+ years in B2B sales and experience coaching/leading others; strong leadership; technically capable with sales tools (HubSpot, Zoom, Chorus); adaptable; customer-centric; strong communicator; quick learner; self-starter; team player; positive, approachable personality. Nice to have: experience supporting both SDR and AE functions; SaaS background; inventory/small business exposure. Use of AI in hiring: tools support efficiency; final decisions by humans.
