At Axonify, we are hyper-focused on the customer experience and strive to make an advocate out of every single customer. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Customer Marketing to drive impactful strategies aimed at retaining customers, boosting adoption, and increasing our customer referral rate.
In this role, you’ll lead our global customer marketing program, responsible for planning, executing, and measuring programmatic initiatives. This role works closely with the wider Marketing team as well as cross-functionally with Customer Success, Client Sales, Product Marketing, and Product Management to ensure alignment and maximize effectiveness.
Additionally, you’ll lead and mentor both the Senior Manager Customer Advocacy and the Community Engagement Manager.

The impact you'll have:

  • Define and manage detailed plans for the customer marketing program, including objectives, resources and initiatives
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to engage and retain existing customers, promote loyalty and advocacy, and drive revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell
  • Leading your team, manage and evolve our customer advocacy program to steadily increase customer engagement and participation in key initiatives, including the Axonify Community, case studies, advisory boards, referrals, testimonials and speaking opportunities, and to accelerate pipeline and upsell opportunities
  • Develop, launch and manage a robust customer referral program
  • Collaborate with product marketing to ensure alignment between campaign objectives and product offerings
  • Leverage the 6sense platform and predictive insights to understand customer behaviors, needs, and trends
  • Utilize customer insights and data to inform play strategies to increase usage and adoption while proactively addressing at-risk customers
  • Monitor and analyze campaign and program performance, adjusting tactics to optimize results, drive continuous improvement and achieve KPIs
  • Ensure effective management and tracking of customer logo approvals, preferences, activities, and measurable impact
  • Manage and oversee customer communications strategy

What you'll bring:

  • 5-7 years of experience in SaaS B2B Marketing with a focus on Demand Generation, Customer Marketing and/or Program Ownership
  • Experience delivering and optimizing fully integrated, multi-channel campaigns in support of GTM as well as retention, expansion, effortsExperience with Salesforce, Marketo, Beamer, Pendo, 6Sense and/or Community tools is an asset
  • Ability to collaborate with various teams across the business
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and growing Community
  • Results-oriented with a focus on both short-term wins and long-term business OKRs
