The Role
Axonify is seeking a Senior Revenue Programs & Customer Advocacy Manager to own and scale revenue programs that improve pipeline conversion, deal velocity, and expansion readiness.
This role sits within the Revenue Marketing organization and is responsible for designing and executing high-impact revenue programs—including webinars, podcasts, LinkedIn Live sessions, and customer events—that support both new business acquisition and existing customer expansion.
Programs may feature customers, internal leaders, partners, or industry experts depending on what will most effectively move revenue outcomes. Customer advocacy and proof are critical levers in this role, but they are applied intentionally as part of a broader revenue motion.
Success in this role is measured by revenue impact: influence on pipeline, deal confidence, and expansion momentum.
What You’ll Build
Revenue Programs Across the Funnel
- Own and operate Axonify’s portfolio of revenue programs, including webinars, podcasts, and LinkedIn Live sessions
- Design programs that support:
- New logo pipeline creation and progression
- Late-stage deal confidence
- Expansion and renewal readiness
- Define program cadence, themes, and formats aligned to GTM priorities and pipeline needs
- Determine the right mix of speakers and content—customers, internal experts, partners, or industry voices—based on revenue goals
Customer Advocacy & Proof
- Build and manage customer advocacy as a strategic revenue lever, including:
- Customer speakers
- References
- Referrals
- Own customer proof across Revenue Marketing, including:
- Identifying which customer stories matter most
- Framing outcome- and ROI-driven narratives by industry, persona, and use case
- Ensure customer proof is packaged and actively used across:
- Sales and expansion conversations
- Revenue marketing programs
- Enablement and GTM efforts
- Partner with Content and Product Marketing to scale proof (without owning content creation)
Expansion & Install-Base Growth Support
- Partner closely with Account Management and Customer Success to:
- Support expansion, cross-sell, and renewal motions
- Engage executive sponsors and customer champions at key moments
- Collaborate with ABM and Lifecycle Marketing on expansion-focused, account-based programs
- Design targeted campaigns and programs that convert customer engagement into expansion pipeline
Annual Customer Event Partnership
- Play a central role in shaping the annual customer event, in close partnership with the Events & Field Marketing Manager
- Own:
- Program strategy and agenda input
- Speaker selection and preparation
- Customer advocacy integration
- Alignment of event outcomes to expansion, advocacy, and pipeline goals
- Ensure the event serves as a revenue and expansion accelerator, not just a community moment
Revenue Alignment & Measurement
- Work in lockstep with Revenue Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success
- Track program engagement and revenue influence using Salesforce and related tools
- Measure contribution to:
- New business pipeline
- Expansion pipeline
- Deal progression and confidence
- Continuously refine programs based on performance and feedback
What You’ll Bring
- 7–10+ years of experience in Revenue Programs, Customer Marketing, or GTM roles
- Proven experience owning programs tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Strong understanding of:
- B2B sales cycles
- Expansion and renewal motions
- Using programs and proof to influence revenue decisions
- Comfortable operating across both new business and customer growth
- Strong cross-functional partner to Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Product Marketing
- Data-driven mindset, with experience tracking program impact in Salesforce or similar systems
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments preferred

Competitive Compensation: Competitive salary and an incentive plan aligned to your role, which may include annual or variable incentives. We take a thoughtful, market-based approach to compensation.
The estimated base salary range for this role is $101,600 - $127,000 - $150,000 CAD and reflects growth from building capability in the role to fully excelling over time, with most new hires joining near the midpoint. Actual salaries may vary within the range, or above or below it, based on factors such as experience, skills, location, and business needs.
