Azoma is a hypergrowth company defining the agentic commerce category. Our revenue has grown tenfold over the past year, and we now work with 20 of the world’s 50 largest CPG companies, alongside other enterprise customers.

We’re building the merchant-side infrastructure for the era of personal shopping agents - transforming how brands and retailers work with AI agents that discover, evaluate and purchase products on behalf of consumers.

Our team combines advanced AI, software engineering and deep commerce expertise. Joining Azoma means taking hands-on ownership as we scale, shaping products used by global brands and helping define how commerce works in the age of AI.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the design of new features, pages, and workflows across Azoma's core platform.

You'll combine customer discovery, strong UX/UI design, rapid AI-assisted prototyping, and close collaboration with engineering to deliver intuitive product experiences for enterprise customers.

What You'll Do

  • Own product design for new features and workflows, from initial discovery and exploration through implementation.
  • Engage directly with customers, asking insightful questions about their actual workflows, past experiences, frustrations, and workarounds to uncover underlying needs and opportunities.
  • Translate complex requirements into intuitive UX, simplifying enterprise workflows involving AI analytics, product intelligence, and content management.
  • Use AI tools to iterate rapidly, exploring alternative solutions, building interactive prototypes, gathering feedback, and refining designs.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers throughout development, discussing technical tradeoffs, resolving UX challenges, and ensuring high-quality implementation.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience designing and shipping features for B2B SaaS products, ideally involving complex data or enterprise workflows.
  • Excellent UX/UI design skills, product judgment, and the ability to simplify complex problems.
  • Strong customer discovery and communication skills, with the ability to turn customer insights into effective product solutions.
  • Proficiency with modern AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
  • A hands-on, independent designer who takes ownership, works closely with engineering, and moves quickly from ideas to shipped features.
