This includes measuring loyalty, satisfaction and effort, real-time engagement and communication, analysis and closed-loop feedback.

Benbria is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to assist in the development and distribution of lead-generating content including digital marketing techniques, trade show coordination and the creation of tools for sales and customer success.

The ideal candidate will be driven by the opportunity to use their expertise and previous experience to grow quickly and deliver thought-leading content and nurture a truly engaged audience through a combination of marketing activities that may otherwise be out of their current scope of responsibility. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to work cross functionally and take full-ownership of Benbria’s website, content, social media, sales enablement and trade shows.

Role and Responsibilities

Digital Marketing (80%)

  • Conduct keyword research in support of search engine optimization (SEO) and content creation.
  • Maintain and add depth to the company's website, landing pages etc.
  • Take ownership over the the company's monthly newsletter and related blog.
  • Monitor the performance of the company website through Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Publish lead generating content such as eBooks, case studies, guides and brochures.
  • Host webinars to help promote success stories and generate thought leadership.
  • Manage relevant social media pages and accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X etc.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns and keep prospects, customers and partners engaged.
  • Develop and monitor corporate communications based on the product roadmap, for uniformity in message, including templates, taglines, and logo usage.
  • Manage creation processes executed by third parties such as freelancers or agencies and ensure brand voice and messages are integrated and amplified through relevant channels.
Trade Show Coordination (10%)
  • Organize and coordinate trade shows and conferences to actively promote the brand’s expertise and gain in popularity amongst the targeted industries including education, hospitality and travel and healthcare.
Sales Enablement (10%)
  • Support the sales and customer success teams by providing relevant sales tools and information such as presentations and graphics.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in business marketing, communications, journalism or related field.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant work experience in a marketing position.
  • Experience with or knowledge of website tools such as WordPress and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with or knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush and Yoast SEO for Wordpress.
  • Experience with or knowledge of social media tools such as Hootsuite.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace primarily. Microsoft Office would be considered an asset.
  • Graphic design skills including experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator would be considered a major asset.
  • Experience in or knowledge of relevant industries such as hospitality and travel, retail, healthcare and education would be considered a major asset.
  • A team player willing to take on additional duties as required and to be assigned from time-to-time.
  • Willing to travel as required on a quarterly or semi-annual basis to assist with exhibiting and supporting partners.
