Full job description

Bespoke Metrics is a fast growing data analytics company transforming risk management in the construction industry. Since 2016, we have quickly expanded to a team of 80+ and have built strong partnerships with leading construction companies across North America.

Our platform, COMPASS, helps clients make smarter, data-driven decisions by simplifying subcontractor risk management. We combine intuitive technology with powerful analytics to bring clarity and confidence to complex projects.

About the Role:

As a Client Success Senior Associate, you’ll support our clients after onboarding—helping them stay engaged, informed, and set up for long-term success. You’ll work closely with experienced team members, gain exposure to client strategy, and continue building your skills in customer success, communication, and operations.

If you’re organized, curious, and enjoy being the person who keeps things running smoothly, you’ll thrive here.

This is a hybrid role based in downtown Toronto, with 4–5 days in-office and some flexibility.

Core Responsibilities

  • Post-Onboarding Communication: Send follow-up materials and documentation to clients after kick-off and onboarding calls, ensuring all deliverables are timely, complete, and accurate.
  • Client Email Support: Respond to incoming emails from clients or those forwarded from senior team members, maintaining a high level of professionalism and clarity in all communications.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule web calls and training sessions for clients, ensuring alignment with both internal and external calendars.
  • Salesforce Updates & Documentation: Support client account leads and backups by maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, including meeting notes, status updates, and client communications.
  • Internal Collaboration: Assist the team by capturing and organizing key details during client calls and internal discussions, contributing to shared visibility across the team.
  • Geo Group Participation: Actively participate in assigned geographic team groups to support regional info and share updates on clients within each geo.

What Success Looks Like

  • Clear and timely communication with clients, internal teams and to leads/backups.
  • Well-organized and up-to-date Salesforce records/meeting notes.
  • Dependable coordination and scheduling support.
  • Consistent participation and contributions in group meetings (client success group, geo group meetings and company meetings).
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and willingness to take on new challenges and identify and act on opportunities for improvement (client facing documents, internal process etc).

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a tech, SaaS, or software environment
  • Experience in a client-facing, customer success, onboarding, or support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset—you take initiative and follow through
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities
  • The ability to work in our downtown Toronto office.

Nice to have: Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools, or exposure to construction or data analytics

What We Offer:

  • Grow your career: Build on your existing tech experience while gaining exposure to client strategy and operations
  • Make an impact early: Your work directly contributes to client success and retention
  • Supportive team culture: Collaborative, inclusive, and genuinely invested in each other’s success
  • Transparency & trust: Leadership shares openly and empowers you to take ownership
  • Work that feels social: Regular team events, a vibrant office, and opportunities to build strong relationships
  • Competitive benefits: 15 days vacation & comprehensive health & dental coverage from day one

We are committed to providing an accessible, equitable, and inclusive candidate and employee experience. We provide reasonable accommodation throughout the recruitment process and in employment. If you require accommodation please let us know, we will work with you to meet your needs.
