On the heels of our $122M USD Series D funding, we’re racing ahead with an exciting product roadmap and are looking for a Product Data Analyst to support our growth. This role will focus heavily on turning product and customer data into clear insights that shape decision-making across the business.

A Note on Location

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a curious and motivated Product Data Analyst to join our growing Product team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone excited to learn, build strong fundamentals, and make an impact through data.
You’ll work closely with teams across Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to understand how customers use our product, measure key performance indicators, and improve decision-making across the organization. You’ll be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, building dashboards and reporting, and creating customer-facing outputs that help drive value.
This role is well suited to a go-getter who enjoys problem-solving, has strong critical-thinking skills, and is excited to automate repetitive workflows and improve processes.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards for internal and external reporting
  • Support the Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams through analysis and clear data presentation
  • Partner cross-functionally to understand business needs and define metrics
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Track and analyze key product metrics including retention, cohort analysis, funnels, and feature adoption
  • Present insights in a clear, actionable format for stakeholders
  • Support Data Governance by ensuring data integrity, running quality checks, documenting key processes, and maintaining a data dictionary
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve how we work
  • Bring a curious, experimental mindset - dig into root causes and test new approaches

What You Offer Blue J

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in Data-focused role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, Math, or a related field (with coursework in data analysis/statistics)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas, lookups, and pivot tables
  • Strong skill in data visualization and communicating insights clearly
  • Understanding of statistical concepts such as hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, correlation analysis, and significance
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • A creative, improvement-focused mindset - excited to streamline processes and automate repetitive tasks
  • Competence in SQL, Python, or R, along with experience using BI tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Tableau, is a nice-to-have.

Compensation

The base pay range for this role is CA$65,000 – CA$85,000 per year.
Final compensation will be set fairly and thoughtfully based on experience, expertise, and alignment with the role’s responsibilities. While all candidates are expected to bring directly relevant experience, the top of the range is typically reserved for individuals who demonstrate exceptional depth in the role’s core competencies, a strong track record of impact in similar environments, and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy from day one.
