As a Sr. Product Manager on the Product team, you’ll get to lead multiple innovative AI products for the financial services industry and work closely with machine learning researchers and engineers, defining novel solutions to complex problems. In addition, you and your product teams will also be responsible for defining strategic product roadmaps for building and delivering products with high-impact business outcomes.At Borealis AI, you’ll be joining a team defining the future of Financial Services with state-of-the-art AI. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading multiple machine learning products within Capital Markets;
• Defining and executing both short and long-term product strategies and roadmaps;
• Discovering new opportunities and problems that are well-suited to be solved by ML
• Building and maintaining relationships with senior technical stakeholders within RBC Capital Markets;
• Defining and delivering POCs and scaling these out into full-fledged products;
• Guiding ideas from discovery-to-development-to-deployment in the Capital Markets Environment.

You’re our ideal candidate if you:

• You have 5+ years of experience working in capital market or a product role and 3+ years of product management experience;
• You have a Master’s degree in a technical or quantitative field;
• You have strong product leadership skills and the ability to own a portfolio of products end-to-end independently. You have a track record of successful product deliveries;
• You have strong foundations in finance and experience in global markets;
• You are well versed in the core areas of applied machine learning and have experience with machine learning platforms and deploying models at scale;
• You are a strong collaborator and can influence both technical and business stakeholders;
• You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
