About the role:

As a product-centric company, Borrowell is looking for a results-oriented Sr. Product Manager to create user value and deliver business outcomes. Youʼll own product discovery and delivery, working collaboratively with a dedicated, cross-functional team of design, engineering and data colleagues to build innovative financial products for our 3 million plus member base. In order to be successful, youʼll build strong working relationships across the company, driving the creation of new features informed by user research, industry trends, and data analysis. Responsibilities:

• Define a product roadmap aligned with business objectives, ensuring projects are prioritized to deliver the highest impact for our members and our business.
• Conduct market research and utilize data to identify member needs and product opportunities to create new digital experiences to help our members understand and improve their financial health
• Identify, test and prioritize new opportunities and test hypotheses through rapid experimentations against KPI projections
• Work collaboratively with a cross-functional delivery team of Engineering, Design & Data to align, develop and execute the product roadmap
• Monitor key metrics, and identify problems and opportunities to be addressed
