What We're Looking For

We are seeking an AI & Digital Transformation Specialist who is passionate about innovation and driven to modernize the way we work. In this role, you will play a key part in accelerating AI adoption across the organization by identifying high-impact opportunities and transforming them into scalable, business-driven solutions.

We're looking for a versatile, curious, and resourceful professional who can rapidly turn ideas into working prototypes. This is not a traditional software development or AI research position—it is a hands-on role focused on applying modern AI technologies to solve real business challenges.

What You'll Do

• Identify high-impact AI and automation opportunities across the organization;
• Translate business needs into practical, scalable, and measurable technology solutions;
• Structure, analyze, and leverage data to support business decision-making;
• Develop dashboards and performance metrics (Power BI is considered an asset);
• Design and implement automated workflows and orchestration solutions using Power Automate and no-code/low-code platforms;
• Build robust operational processes that transform AI initiatives from experimentation into production;
• Integrate modern AI platforms (ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) with internal systems through APIs;
• Continuously evaluate and experiment with the latest AI technologies and tools;
• Deploy AI assistants, conversational agents, and intelligent workflow solutions across the organization;
• Support teams in adopting new technologies and promote a culture of innovation;
• Provide ongoing support while continuously improving business processes and AI solutions;
• Document implemented solutions, measure their business impact, and drive continuous improvement;

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in technology, data, automation, or digital transformation;
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and supporting organizational change initiatives;
• Certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation are considered an asset;
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, visualization, and automation tools;
• Hands-on experience with modern AI and orchestration platforms such as ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Power Automate;
• Basic knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
