The success of this new role is essential to support our growth objectives and growing our partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities include definition of joint partnership success metrics and GTM growth initiatives, GTM solution development, field engagement and enablement plan, demand generation/marketing plan, partnership governance, partner enablement, and product and technology alignment.
The Manager, Strategic Partnerships will work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Development to drive an overall partner strategy and ensure Bridgit is integrated with existing and new partner technologies.
We are looking for a talented, proven leader and team player with great energy and initiative; someone who excels at building and managing relationships and drives strategy to completion.
What you will focus on:
Responsible for identifying new technology partners and driving the relationship with our top strategic partners.
Design and execute GTM business plans, managing cross-functional teams from both the Partner and Bridgit.
Actionable planning which will include development of joint solutions, sales training/education, and pipeline generation.
Manage Partner relationship to maximize revenue and to ensure partner commitment.
Initiate joint account planning and strategy sessions liaising with sales leads.
Initiate and conduct sales readiness training events.
Work with marketing on joint marketing plans and events.
Actively manage opportunity pipeline against Sales and Alliances objectives/metrics to exceed quarterly targets.
What you bring:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and building partnerships and associated revenue in a high growth software organization preferably in construction technology. This individual must exhibit leadership qualities that inspire teaming and trust to influence multiple stakeholders to support the alliances/sales strategy.
Broad-based business and technology expertise with 5+ years in technology consulting, software sales, sales engineering, product management or business development roles.
Experience with creating differentiated and successful channel account management plans and relationships with partners.
Extensive and progressive experience in software sales and alliances.
Good knowledge of technology and applications products/solutions, platform and SaaS.
Demonstrated ability to drive significant increase in revenue through partnerships.
Ability to create credible business cases highlighting revenue growth opportunities.
Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and partner constituencies including senior level executives, legal, finance, support, sales and marketing experts.
Ability to influence functional groups to a shared vision.
High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business.
High-energy and compelling vision with a proven entrepreneurial track record of defining and delivering new initiatives.
Ability to build and manage C-level business relationships.
