We work as a team to get things done and mentor individuals to get to the next level in their career.Job DescriptionAs a Sr. Business Developer Representative, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to making possibilities happen in the payments industry!SummaryThe position is an important role within Buckzy and you will have responsibility for helping the sales organization capitalize on market opportunities within an assigned region / vertical. Driving sales growth by speaking to, and meeting with decision-level contacts. Your primary focus will be to pursue, engage, and qualify new selling opportunities that increase Buckzy’s sales pipeline – both quality and quantity.The position is ideal for self-motivated and self-directed individuals who have a competitive-but-always-professional personality and understanding of how to play, and win, as a team. In addition to qualifying and building the sales pipeline, you will also be responsible to managing the sales cycle until closed-won status.Responsibilities- Generate leads and calls on prospects to drive strategic new business signings- Develop a thorough understanding and command of Buckzy’s solutions, value proposition and be able to demonstrate the system- Build an awareness of market insights and trends that may be accelerators or obstacles to Buckzy’s sales development strategy- Participate in tradeshows and other industry meetings as required- Identify key contacts whose responsibilities are a best match for selecting Buckzy solutions- Leverage Buckzy’s message of value to engage prospects by way of email, phone, and social media- Qualify marketing-generated leads (e.g. – campaigns, contact forms, downloads, tradeshows, etc.) before converting to a sales-ready conversation- Augment and enrich Salesforce data to maximize information usability- Keep accurate records of prospect-related interactions using Salesforce- Participate in cross-team meetings to share ideas that help improve sales growth for Buckzy- Understand and adhere to all Corporate PoliciesQualificationsIf you are a pleasantly persistent, highly coachable, and motivated-to-succeed business professional with the following qualifications and/or experience, then we want to discuss this opportunity with you:- College or University degree- Minimum 5-7 years of lead generation, sales development within the payments industry,- Verifiable track record of success working interdependently to achieve organizational goals- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to influence- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software- Resilient, organized and highly professionalPlease send resumes to jobs@buckzy.net
