About Buckzy Payments Inc.: We are a fintech transforming international payments with a mission to lead in real-time international payments.As a Product Manager, you will: Research, understand and validate customer and system needs and market opportunities; translate them into product requirements/user stories. Support building and delivering products end-to-end with developers, designers, and engineers. Create acceptance criteria for QA and help triage bugs/regressions. Document Product Release notes and participate in UAT. Track product metrics and take corrective action. Work across functional teams, iterate, and run experiments to improve the product. Resolve questions from customers and customer-facing teams. Construct workflow charts/diagrams; study system capabilities; write specifications. Provide technical documentation artifacts as required. Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications. Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures. Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
