Our ‘digital twins’ (of physical buildings, campuses and even city infrastructure) connect people, processes and places; putting BuiltSpace at the very center of Smart Building, Smart City, and Internet of Things technology.
We are looking for the right person to join our core professional services team, in a role commensurate with your experience and skills. You may use your strong customer-facing skills and technical acumen to help partners digitally transform business processes and/or draw on your experience in project management to ensure that new customers are successfully onboarded, trained and implemented.
You’re probably just a few years into your career, and dream of eventually starting your own company. You want to absorb everything you can…technology…business processes…sales…marketing… finance…even operations. You probably don’t want to have every day be the same…and you really DO want to make a difference.

You will be confident in talking with customers…and getting paid for your skills & expertise (aka billable time). You are tech savvy and have, or want to learn, project management skills. You communicate exceptionally well with others and consider yourself a team player. You are naturally detail oriented.
BuiltSpace Technologies Corp. fundamentally changes how buildings are managed, to reduce operating costs and improve building efficiency. Our innovative software platform could be described as ‘LinkedIn for Buildings’, where people work together to improve operations, maintenance, safety, occupant experience, and sustainability.
We operate in a very traditional industry, with very broken business processes. Most buildings are serviced by multiple contractors including HVAC, electrical, elevator, cleaning, and numerous other trades providers. BuiltSpace is transforming the industry by digitizing the workflow between service providers, building owners, and other stakeholders. We reduce or eliminate data-entry, gather better building information, and streamline management processes to increase building sustainability.
BuiltSpace, based in Vancouver, started operations in 2011 and now hosts over 23,000 buildings, with a rapidly developing partner ecosystem in Canada, the US, Australia, India and other global markets.
