You must live in Canada, and be ELIGIBLE to work in Canada. THE OPPORTUNITY You will work alongside a small team that promotes legal and ethical pay for domestic workers across Canada.We are hiring a contract payroll administrator with the potential for full-time. Requirements RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare payroll for nannies and caregivers (and some small businesses) on a variety of pay cycles
  • Provide customer service support to clients by phone and email
  • Prepare various payroll reports
  • Ensure all data files are complete
  • Work with clients to ensure accurate payroll processing
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies as needed
  • Set up new clients and remove outgoing clients in our payroll system as needed
  • File ROES online with Service Canada's ROE Web as needed
HOW TO WOO US
  • You are able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion
  • You have strong organizational and time management skills
  • You excel in your ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
  • 1 year of payroll experience is preferred but not required
  • You hold a PCP Certificate (or working towards it)
  • You’re not just a problem solver, but are solution-oriented and look at all options before proceeding - you’re inventive and curious
