Responsibilities
- 1. Sales Support: - Assist the sales team in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals. - Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, demos, and follow-ups with potential clients. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system. - Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and document management.2. Customer Communication: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide information about our software solutions. - Assist in resolving customer concerns and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience. - Collaborate with the sales team to communicate updates, promotions, and product enhancements to clients.3. Lead Generation and Qualification: - Research and identify potential leads through various sources and tools. - Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing them to the sales representatives. - Monitor and manage leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.4. Collaboration and Coordination: - Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, ensuring consistent messaging. - Collaborate with other departments to gather information and resources needed for sales presentations and proposals.5. Sales Reporting: - Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics for the sales team and management. - Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.6. Training and Product Knowledge: - Maintain a strong understanding of our software solutions and their benefits. - Provide basic product information to clients during initial interactions.
Qualifications:
- - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- - Previous experience in sales coordination, customer support, or administrative roles preferred.
- - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- - Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- - Basic understanding of accounting concepts and practices is a plus.
