Cybeats is looking for an experienced IT Analyst to join our growing team. Reporting to the IT Manager this role will interact with other dedicated specialists and collaborate with all teams to ensure top quality support.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all technical support calls
• Log tickets into JIRA
• Prioritize and troubleshoot issues
• Resolve hardware and software technical issues
• Remediate all workstation, software patches, updates, and upgrades
• Deploy technology assets for new users and setup hardware
• Work with the Office Manager to maintain inventory and service tags
• Report system outages promptly
• Conduct technology onboarding for new hires
• Inform users of new systems, procedures, or updates

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support role
• Good understanding of Networking and Subnetting, ICND or COMPTIA certificate
• Knowledge and basic administration of Palo Alto Networks Firewall VPN, NAT, Rules
• Knowledge and administration of Google Workspace including directory and email groups
• Knowledge of Linux, Mac OS and Windows OS to a level of basic support
• Knowledge of email security and endpoint security tools is an advantage
• Knowledge of tools for Asset Management
• Familiarity with SOC2, PCI and ISO 27001 is a great advantage
• Experience providing technical support in an office environment
• Exceptional service skills, excellent communication skills, and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally verbally and in writing, with all levels within the organization
