Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and manage the Sales Development team while actively participating as an individual contributor by prospecting, qualifying, and generating new leads and opportunities for the sales team
- Drive sales and demonstrate your expertise in lead generation through personal performance, meeting or exceeding individual targets, and setting a strong example for the team
- Work closely with Account Executives to schedule product demos and collaborate on closing new business
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Cybeats' cybersecurity solutions and effectively communicate their value to potential customers
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets and maintain organized documentation in our CRM
- Serve as a trusted advisor, thought leader, and subject matter expert to prospects, educating them on Cybeats' differentiation
- Create and refine core processes to ensure the success and scalability of the Sales Development team
- Collaborate with other departments to drive team success and achieve company goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales development or a similar role, with a track record of exceeding quotas
- Proven experience building and managing high-performing sales teams, as well as delivering strong results as an individual contributor
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations and effectively engage with prospects
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate with team members as needed
- Experience working in a tech company, preferably within the cybersecurity sector
- Comfortable with cold calling and other outbound prospecting techniques
