Your role as EAP External Network Coordinator

Reporting to Alex Despaties, EAP Manager, the EAP External Network Coordinator plays an essential role in improving the reach and effectiveness of our network, in addition to providing comprehensive support to our external mental health service providers.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the manager in monitoring and planning network coverage across Canada.
  • Offering a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience, keeping internal management tools up to date, and providing personalized support to providers to ensure completion of required HR and IT steps.
  • Providing and maintaining an excellent experience for providers, quickly responding to their questions, and proactively and effectively communicating different changes.
  • Contributing, as needed, to provider recruitment, such as candidate sourcing, drafting contracts, and processing hires.

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • Experience in network coordination, vendor relations, administrative support, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, in French and English, with the ability to interact effectively with providers and internal teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • You enjoy solving problems and are proactive in implementing your solutions
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, collaborating effectively to achieve common goals
  • Availability to work 32 hours a week
  • Experience in the health domain or a similar sector is a plus

Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
