Present findings as actionable recommendations for process redesign and business decisions. Work in close collaboration with all of the T&C team as well as business functions across Dialogue.

  • Platform Optimization & Governance: Manage core Rippling configuration, data quality, and permission profiles, ensuring the platform is optimized to support automated, and efficient processes.

C. T&C Tech Stack Project Leadership & Documentation

  • Tech Stack: In partnership with the Director of Talent & Culture (who holds strategic ownership), you are the primary lead responsible for making things happen within our tech ecosystem. You translate the strategic vision into operational reality for all current, new, and future systems.
  • Seamless Tech Integration: Drive the implementation of new SaaS tools, owning the technical setup, API integrations with Rippling, and data migration.

  • HR Tech Agility: You are a fast learner of cloud-based HR technology. Direct experience with Rippling is a major asset, but the ability to quickly master new SaaS tools is essential.
