Enhanced Medical Nutrition ("EMN") is a transformational, food-as-medicine start-up that commercializes evidence-based nutrition programs to improve patient experience & outcomes in surgery. The Role:
As a key member of our team who will be reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) you will: (1) build, operationalize, and lead the project management function from the ground up; (2) serve as a support to the CEO and executive team to drive high-impact, cross-functional projects that align with the company's strategic goals; and (3) translate strategy into action by facilitating communication, alignment, and coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and build project management capabilities within EMN
- Support and collaborate with the executive team to define priorities and success metrics
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects from ideation through execution and delivery
- Ensure accountability at both executive and operational levels
- Develop detailed execution plans and timelines, including work-back schedules (e.g., Gantt charts)
- Collaborate with Accounting and Finance to develop, implement, and track project budgets
- Identify execution bottlenecks, including dependencies and risks
- Track project progress to ensure visibility across stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations for the executive team
- Support non-dilutive funding, capital raising, and other ad hoc strategic initiatives as required

- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects & execution
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced & dynamic work environment
- Nimble in your thinking with the ability to pivot and change gears according to business needs
- Ability to work independently or in a team, with high self-motivation and attention to detail
Your Qualifications:
Must have:
- 4-7 years of experience in project management and/or business operations
- an undergraduate degree in business management or STEM
- proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Prior start-up experience
Nice-to-have:
- PMP certification
- Prior experience building a new capability in a start-up
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g. Click-up, Notion, etc.)
- Previous experience in one or more of the following industries: life sciences, food, food tech or nutrition
