What The Role Looks Like

As the Account Based Marketing Manager, you are responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our ABM strategy to target high-value accounts, create demand from them, and support sales efforts to drive bookings from them. You’ll work closely with the sales and channel partner team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts and deliver integrated campaign and event experiences to meet the company’s named account SAL, pipeline, and booking goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building ABM strategy, managing execution of programs supported by internal stakeholders, and delivering program results, using tailored multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid and owned media (e.g. digital advertising, email, direct mail, social media, events).
  • Creating education and engagement campaigns to targeted personas that raise awareness, build interest, and drive accounts to action.
  • Delivering efficient results by building campaigns that identify and act upon buyer signals, informed by intent and behavioral data, collaborating with sales and BDR teams to take the most effective actions.
  • Measurement and reporting to marketing and sales leadership of ABM campaign performance and named account pipeline and booking results, using KPIs like account engagement, pipeline impact, and revenue generated from targeted accounts.
  • Leveraging ABM platform and other sales and marketing tools including Terminus, SFDC, Eloqua, and website account engagement to track account-level insights, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and align efforts with strategic account goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: partnering with sales, channel partners, and field marketing to identify target accounts for outreach and engagement programs for lead gen and account engagement during sales processes.

Who We’re Looking For

You're a talented and experienced Enterprise ABM Manager with a proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM programs that directly impact bookings and revenue growth. You are looking for your next exciting role with a young FinTech company that is making a real difference removing payment obstacles between merchants and their customers, and where you can make a real impact.

You have documented results driving B2B marketing-driven sales and revenue, an approach blending a creative mind with a deep grounding in analytics and optimization, account targeting, ABM marketing, messaging, integrated channel campaign design, and pipeline creation. You will have the experience and insights to plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns across multiple paid, owned, and earned channels.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 4 years focused on ABM in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM programs that directly create pipeline and bookings, and provide engagement and support to increase sales booking rates on named accounts
  • Deep understanding of the event technology landscape and the unique challenges faced by enterprise event organizers.
  • Experience managing successful ABM programs in partnership with sales.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise SaaS sales motion and how marketing partners with sales to develop pipeline and exceed revenue targets.
  • Experience in marketing budget optimization, planning and reporting on all stages of the funnel.
  • Proficiency in marketing, sales and ABM software - Eloqua, Salesforce, Terminus or Demandbase.
  • Ability to leverage data and insights in the development and optimization of marketing plans to deliver required results.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive planning and ensure flawless execution.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A self-starter driven by success with attention to detail.
