What The Role Looks Like

The Enablement Project Manager is responsible for managing client and partner system integrations, overseeing platform configurations, and supporting sales and technical teams throughout the client onboarding process. This role ensures seamless integrations, adoption success, and continuous improvement of enablement processes.

A day in the life of this position includes:

  • Managing the full lifecycle of client and partner integrations from inception to go-live, with a focus on technical implementation and client success.
  • Planning, coordinating, and supervising integration tasks, ensuring on-time delivery and budget alignment.
  • Acting as the central driver for implementation projects, facilitating collaboration across technical, support, and client teams.
  • Tracking post-implementation success metrics, ensuring integrations drive value for clients and partners.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and workflow improvements to optimize integration processes.
  • Configuring client accounts, platforms, and systems to meet integration and onboarding requirements, ensuring accuracy and readiness for go-live.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, playbooks, and client-facing training materials.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define onboarding requirements, monitor project risks, and implement change management strategies.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor for Sales teams, assisting with pre-sales technical consultations and integration planning.
  • Proactively communicating project progress, risks, and solutions to clients and internal leadership.
  • Monitoring the overall performance of client CRMs and integrations, implementing quality assurance (QA) practices.

You are an experienced technical project manager that excels at driving cross-functional alignment, managing stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to streamline workflows through documentation, automation, and change management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, system integrations, or enablement roles.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and integration processes (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello) and workflow automation solutions.
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and client-facing materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex integration projects from conception to completion.
  • Understanding of change management principles and best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and influence stakeholders.
  • Outside of the box thinking, someone who is not afraid to ask questions and look for new/different solutions.
  • Able to work standard Eastern hours.
