Job Summary:
The ADR will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new clients to generate leads and close deals. They work closely with the entire sales team to understand customer needs and develop effective sales strategies. They must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and negotiate deals that result in revenue growth and maximize profitability for the organization. Nurturing relationships with existing clients is also an important part of the role, but the emphasis is on closing deals with new potential clients to expand the organization's customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads in the Montreal market through referrals, and cold outreach
Meet with potential clients to pitch the Friendlier products and grow revenue by converting leads into clients
Report out on sales KPIs such as leads generated, pipeline conversion, revenue generated, and average time in pipeline
Use Hubspot to track sales pipeline conversions and track relationships with clients and leads
Maintain relationships with clients and assist with onboarding process to the Friendlier system
