Sales Executive US Market
At Future Fertility, we’re revolutionizing the IVF journey with AI-powered quality assessments that bring clarity and confidence to fertility care, starting with the egg. Our innovative technology is used by leading clinics worldwide, empowering both doctors and patients with data-driven insights to optimize treatment decisions for patients going through egg freezing or IVF.
As a fast-growing, mission-driven company, we’re looking for passionate, forward-thinking individuals to join our team. At Future Fertility, we are committed to building and fostering an environment where our employees feel heard, respected, and empowered. We take a “people-first” approach to our team, and we pride ourselves in being a values-driven organization.
We are looking for a sales executive with connections and experience in the US fertility market to help us expand our global presence and enter the US market.
Responsibilities
New Business Development & Execution
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new fertility clinics, egg banks, and IVF centers across the US
  • Build a robust pipeline by targeting REIs, embryology directors, lab managers, clinic administrators, and patient experience coordinators.
  • Conduct strategic outreach using a multi-channel approach (email, calls, LinkedIn, conferences, and on-site visits).
  • Communicate the science credibly: explain AI model validation, use cases, blastocyst prediction, euploidy insights, and clinical outcomes in accessible language.
Relationship Management & Strategic Partnerships
  • Build long-term relationships with clinics to promote adoption across all doctors and lab teams—not just early champions.
  • Seek opportunities for deeper integration (all-cycle imaging, ROSE for donor programs, cross-clinic standardization).
  • Identify upsell opportunities for new tools and features (e.g., Euploidy Insights, expanded reporting, additional software modules).
  • Maintain active contact with key accounts and support growth and retention alongside the Customer Success team.
Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop
  • Gather insights on US fertility industry trends, clinic feedback and new innovations
  • Capture clinic-level feedback on workflow, objections, and unmet needs—sharing structured insights with Product, Marketing, and Leadership.
  • Identify emerging opportunities for positioning (egg freezing boom, donor programs, patient education needs, differentiation vs. competitive solutions).
Conference & Event Representation
  • Represent Future Fertility at US conferences (ASRM, PCRS, large clinic networks’ internal events).
  • Lead demos, networking, booth conversations, and follow-ups for leads generated at events.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on event strategy and messaging to improve brand visibility in the US.
Role Requirements
Experience
  • 4–7 years of sales experience in the fertility market
  • Experience selling SaaS, clinical software, diagnostics, or AI healthcare tools is a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with reproductive medicine workflows (IVF/ICSI, egg freezing, donor cycles, embryology lab processes).
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate clinical and technical concepts into clear value propositions.
  • Excellent presentation and demo capabilities, both in-person and virtual.
  • Ability to engage multiple stakeholders—clinicians, embryologists, lab directors, clinic owners, administrators.
  • Competent in CRM tools, forecasting, pipeline management, and structured follow-up.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to write clinic proposals and customized pitch materials.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to adapt to the fast-moving and sensitive world of fertility care.
Personal Attributes
  • Mission-driven mindset aligned with Future Fertility’s commitment to personalized reproductive care.
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Self-starter who thrives in remote-first teams and can manage frequent travel.
  • Resilient, coachable, and able to implement feedback quickly.
  • Strong integrity and consistent professionalism when dealing with clinics and patients.
Travel Requirements
  • Willingness to travel for clinic visits, demos, workshops, and conferences across the US.
  • Periodic travel to Canada for team meetings and training.
