Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of sales projects, from initial client inquiry to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and technical requirements are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the sales team and engineering teams, ensuring technical details are fully understood and communicated to clients.
- Track project milestones and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client needs and technical objectives.
- Leverage your background in Robotics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering to understand client needs and translate them into detailed project specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions, guiding the project through design, development, and implementation phases.
- Support the sales team by providing technical insights during client meetings, helping to clarify product capabilities and limitations.
- Work closely with clients to understand their project requirements and ensure that Haply's solutions align with their objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing support and identifying opportunities for further collaboration.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to help clients better understand our technology.
- Coordinate resources, including engineering and technical support teams, to ensure projects stay on track and meet delivery deadlines.
- Manage any changes to project scope, schedules, or costs, while effectively communicating updates to all involved parties.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, technical requirements, and progress reports.
- Provide regular updates to the sales and engineering teams, helping track key metrics such as project delivery timelines and client satisfaction.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or sales support within the Robotics or Haptic Technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of robotics systems, mechanical design, or electrical systems.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and experience working with sales teams.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) for managing customer relationships and tracking project progress.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise between sales, product, and other teams.
- Attention to detail for accurate tracking, reporting, and documentation.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the haptics or robotics industry, or experience working in related fields like tech or manufacturing.
- Experience working on complex engineering projects in a client-facing role.
- Experience with sales KPI dashboard creation and reporting.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Odoo
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or in managing client relationships.
- Ability to travel up to 35% for conferences or client meetings.
