Responsibilities

  • Lead sales strategy, execution, and revenue growth for advanced robotics and haptic technology solutions.
  • Identify, pursue, and close strategic B2B opportunities, including enterprise, OEM, and research accounts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in emerging and established markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and executive teams to create tailored technical solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations, technical demos, and consultations to diverse audiences.
  • Design and implement scalable sales processes, CRM best practices, and sales enablement tools.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to help shape product and GTM (go-to-market) strategies.
  • Support fundraising efforts, strategic partnerships, and early-stage customer acquisition activities.
  • Mentor and coach sales team members, setting and managing KPIs to drive high performance.
  • Develop and execute a sales incentive plan aligned with company objectives.
  • Represent Haply Robotics at international trade shows, conferences, and client meetings (up to 50% travel).

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of technical sales experience, including 3+ years in the robotics industry.
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and close complex B2B or enterprise deals.
  • Prior experience working in a startup or early-stage company environment.
  • Deep understanding of automation, robotics systems, and integration challenges.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) is required.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 50%.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into automation, manufacturing, healthcare, or aerospace industries.
  • Familiarity with haptic technologies, robotics software platforms, or system integration projects.
  • Strong technical fluency to engage engineering teams and translate complex systems into customer value.
  • Previous experience designing or scaling CRM systems (Odoo, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to support early-stage fundraising and partnership building.
  • Comfort working in high-growth, dynamic environments requiring adaptability and resilience.
  • Additional languages beyond English and French are an asset (e.g., Spanish, German, Mandarin).
