Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end technical project delivery for client-facing and internal initiatives in robotics and haptic technology.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Translate client needs into actionable technical requirements and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support business development by providing technical expertise during client engagements and sales efforts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales) to ensure clear communication and alignment on priorities.
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and progress reports to clients and leadership.
  • Monitor project KPIs (timelines, budgets, client satisfaction, technical quality)
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Travel up to 35% globally, including to the USA, Europe, and Asia, for meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 7+ years of technical project management experience delivering complex engineering solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, robotics, or haptic systems.
  • Demonstrated success managing client-facing technical projects.
  • Ability to travel freely to the USA, Europe, and Asia without visa restrictions or barriers.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (French proficiency is an asset).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Odoo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Nice to have

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
  • Direct experience with haptics, robotics, automation, or medical device industries.
  • Familiarity with sales KPI tracking and client account management.
  • Experience supporting B2B sales or managing long-term client relationships.
