Responsibilities

  • Customer Support & Technical Assistance
  • Deliver first-line technical troubleshooting and support for customers.
  • Serve as a technical point of contact between clients, sales, and engineering.
  • Document issues, escalate where needed, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Support customer relationships post-sale to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Technical Engagement & Demos
  • Conduct product demos and technical presentations to clarify features and use cases.
  • Translate customer requirements into technical solutions for engineering teams.
  • Provide technical insights during client conversations to support sales efforts.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure customer needs are feasible and implemented.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to align client expectations with product capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements or upsell potential, without owning sales strategy.

Must Have

  • 2+ years of experience in applications/technical support or related engineering role.
  • Customer-facing or sales experience.
  • Experience with robotics, or automation,
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and translate technical needs clearly.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Odoo, or similar).
  • Bilingual proficiency (French & English).
