Responsibilities

  • Office Cleanliness & Maintenance
  • Maintain a clean, organized, high-standard workspace across all three floors
  • Reset kitchen, bathrooms, meeting rooms, and shared spaces daily
  • Put items away immediately and keep all areas tidy
  • Notice and resolve issues that others overlook
  • Empty garbage and recycling, wipe surfaces, manage dishes, and vacuum as needed
  • Water plants, replace light bulbs, and flag maintenance needs proactively
  • Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Shipping & Receiving
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Verify deliveries, update records, and store items correctly
  • Pack, label, and ship customer units, demo kits, and internal packages
  • Keep shipping and storage areas clean, organized, and ready at all times
  • Inventory
  • Take responsibility for weekly ordering and restocking
  • Ensure items are always available before they run out
  • Keep storage closets neat and easy to navigate
  • General Office Support
  • Prepare meeting rooms and demo spaces
  • Support managers with small administrative tasks
  • Handle simple errands or local purchases when required
  • Assist with setup for internal events or demos

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in office administration
  • 1+ years of experience in shipping and receiving
  • Strong attention to detail and high personal standards
  • Ability to work independently without step-by-step training
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Able to lift and move boxes
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and basic spreadsheets
  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) preferred
