Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary interface between customers and the MinVerse product/design teams
  • Gather, analyze, and communicate customer feedback into actionable product insights
  • Help refine user interaction workflows and overall UX for haptic-enabled applications
  • Collaborate with engineering and industrial design teams on usability improvements
  • Assist in testing and evaluating new features, prototypes, and interaction concepts
  • Support demonstrations, customer onboarding, and technical product presentations
  • Contribute to product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Work with gaming, 3D creation, XR, and simulation workflows to evaluate user experiences
  • Help develop documentation, tutorials, workflow examples, and creative user content
  • Use AI productivity tools and LLM platforms to accelerate workflows, communication, research, and ideation

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in one or more of the following:
  • - UX/UI Design
  • - Graphical Design
  • - Interactive Media
  • - Technical Product Support
  • - Game Design
  • - Human-Computer Interaction
  • - Creative Technology
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Technical aptitude and ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams
  • Experience with user-centered design principles and interaction workflows
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Positive, energetic, and collaborative mindset
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving priorities
  • Passion for emerging technologies, 3D interaction, gaming, robotics, XR, or haptics

Preferred Skills

  • Background in game design or real-time interactive systems
  • Experience with 3D tools or engines such as:
  • - Unity
  • - Unreal Engine
  • - Blender
  • - CAD or digital sculpting platforms
  • Familiarity with haptics, spatial computing, XR, or simulation technologies
  • Experience using AI tools and LLM platforms such as:
  • - Claude AI
  • - ChatGPT
  • - GitHub Copilot
  • - AI-assisted design or workflow tools
  • Marketing awareness and an instinct for customer engagement and storytelling
  • Ability to bridge technical and non-technical conversations effectively
