The Role
At #paid, creators are at the heart of what we do. As a Creator Talent Specialist you’ll play a key role in helping us scale our creator ecosystem to meet the growing needs of our clients. This role is all about sourcing and onboarding creators, managing relationships with talent agencies, and ensuring creators are a great fit for brand campaigns.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team that works closely with Sales, Client Success, and Creator Operations to ensure we have the right creators for the right campaigns at the right time. If you’re passionate about creators, know what makes a strong brand-creator fit, and thrive in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Source creators through social media, talent agencies, and internal tools to support client campaign goals
  • Identify gaps in our current creator network and create strategies to fill them
  • Manage talent agency relationships, including negotiations, contracting, onboarding, and ongoing support
  • Support onboarding and logistics, answering platform and process questions from creators and agencies
  • Partner with Sales on RFPs, helping shape creator-led strategies that align with client goals
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve creator or agency concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, and the Creator Operations team to find the right creators for each campaign
  • Proactively identify creator-led opportunities that align with sales strategy and business goals
  • Stay on top of creator trends, platform updates, and viral content to inform sourcing and strategic planning

To be successful, you'll need to

  • Be highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple moving parts and tight deadlines
  • Know how to prioritize effectively and stay calm under pressure
  • Collaborate with ease—especially with senior internal stakeholders
  • Communicate with creators, agencies, and clients in a clear, professional, and friendly way
  • Be detail-oriented, with a knack for asking the right questions and never missing a beat
  • Embrace a solutions-first mindset, always looking for ways to get to “yes.”
  • Be flexible and open to change, executing quickly and positively when priorities shift
  • Have a strong sense of what makes a creator brand-safe and campaign-ready

You're perfect for the role if

  • You have 3+ years of experience in creator marketing, talent management, or partnerships
  • You’ve worked with or for talent agencies and know how to build positive, productive relationships
  • You’ve had exposure to client-facing communications and feel confident in a business context
  • You’re a strong communicator who can tailor your message depending on your audience
  • You’ve shown a track record of taking initiative, solving problems creatively, and growing through feedback
  • You’re comfortable with tools like Google Sheets and Salesforce—or you’re eager to learn
  • You’ve worked with Sales or CSM teams before and understand how to support them effectively
  • You make decisions based on what’s best for the business, while still advocating for creators
  • Bonus: you’ve dealt with escalations or tough conversations and know how to keep things positive and constructive
