Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • Supporting email, webinar, conference and other sales initiatives
  • Support the outbound and inbound sales procedures and workflows to ensure sales targets are met
  • Support the sales protocols for lead generation, and ensuring lead generation targets are met
  • Working within the company's CRM (HubSpot) to ensure ongoing sales data upkeep
  • Coordinating sales meetings
  • Reporting on sales KPIs and data
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Communicating with prospects and leads in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Experience in HubSpot (CRM) is a plus
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge in accounting and auditing industries is a plus
  • Previous experience working in FinTech is a plus
  • Candidates with previous experience working in the accounting industry are encouraged to apply
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
