Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Supporting email, webinar, conference and other sales initiatives
- Support the outbound and inbound sales procedures and workflows to ensure sales targets are met
- Support the sales protocols for lead generation, and ensuring lead generation targets are met
- Working within the company's CRM (HubSpot) to ensure ongoing sales data upkeep
- Coordinating sales meetings
- Reporting on sales KPIs and data
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Communicating with prospects and leads in a timely manner
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Experience in HubSpot (CRM) is a plus
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge in accounting and auditing industries is a plus
- Previous experience working in FinTech is a plus
- Candidates with previous experience working in the accounting industry are encouraged to apply
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
