This role

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager (interim), our People Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery of the end-to-end employee experience across HeroForce. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a meaningful, compliant, and well-managed employee experience by administering core People Operations activities, including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and partner coordination. The People Operations Coordinator works closely with People Operations leadership and the wider HeroForce Operations team to ensure processes, controls, and service standards are consistently met.

As HeroForce continues to evolve its operating model, this role will transition to reporting into the HeroForce Operations Lead, providing clear operational alignment, support, and development pathways within the People Operations function.

You will

  • Administer the delivery of the end-to-end employment lifecycle, including employee onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and partner onboarding administration, in line with HeroForce People Operations policies, processes, and workflows.
  • Support the delivery of People Operations services within the HeroForce Operations hub in the Philippines, ensuring adherence to defined Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Act as a HeroForce HRIS and PEO Drive administrator, ensuring employee data is accurately, securely, and compliantly administered, tracked, and maintained.
  • Adhere to HRIS policies and processes, working with People Operations leadership, Employment Hero support, and Product teams to triage and resolve system-related issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HRIS product updates, feature enhancements, and platform functionality, ensuring changes are understood and applied correctly within People Operations processes.
  • Support People Operations leadership with administering and tracking employee feedback, engagement activities, and related reporting, including surveys, manager pulse checks, action plans, and summaries.
  • Administer and track HeroForce pre-employment screening (PES) and visa services, ensuring processes, workflows, and control mechanisms are consistently followed.
  • Drive adherence to People Operations and HR policies, including their governance, communication, and consistent application.
  • Support the administration and tracking of employee relations workflows and processes.
  • Ensure all People Operations data and reporting is accurate and up to date, including maintaining a clear audit trail for all employment lifecycle activities.
  • Support HeroForce Finance and Payroll processes by ensuring accurate and timely handovers relating to new starters, employment changes, and termination payments.
  • Contribute to People Operations process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending practical improvements to ways of working.

Who you are

  • Demonstrated experience in People Operations or HR Shared Services, including administering the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of global employment models, including Permanent, Fixed Term, Contractor, and local entity employment structures.
  • Exposure to PEO / EOR / AOR environments is advantageous.
  • Proven experience supporting employee onboarding across at least two regions (APAC, EMEA, UK, North America, or LATAM).
  • Understanding of payroll workflows and processes is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in a customer-facing HR, Talent, or Recruitment environment is advantageous.
  • Customer and employee centric, with a strong focus on delivering quality outcomes and a seamless experience.
  • Compliance- and process-driven, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capability, with an interest in data, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willing to challenge the status quo, learn continuously, and adopt smarter ways of working.
