We’re looking for a proactive and operationally strong People Operations (C&B) to help build scalable, AI-powered, and employee-friendly operations in a fast-growing remote-first global tech company.

This is not a traditional HR admin role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving workflows, leveraging AI tools, and building smarter ways of working.

YOUR MISSION

Employee Lifecycle Operations:

  • Own and optimise end-to-end employee operations across onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding with a focus on operational efficiency, compliance, scalability, and employee experience.

Compliance & Payroll Operations

Manage and coordinate key People Operations activities including:

  • Social Insurance (SI)
  • Personal Income Tax (PIT)
  • Leave administration
  • Payroll coordination
  • Labour contracts and employee documentation

Ensure strong compliance while balancing employee experience and operational efficiency.

Employee Support & Collaboration

  • Act as a trusted operational partner for employees while collaborating closely with global People teams, Finance, IT, leaders, and external vendors.
  • Support scalable and low-friction employee experiences through clear communication and smart operational processes.

AI-First & Smart Operations

Leverage AI and automation tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, workflow automation, AI copilots) to:

  • streamline workflows
  • reduce manual administrative work
  • improve operational speed and accuracy
  • enhance employee self-service experiences
  • build scalable documentation and knowledge bases

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

To thrive at Employment Hero, you’ll need to embody The EH Way, operating with focus, agility, and high performance. We’d love to meet you if you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, C&B, or similar operational roles
  • Have strong understanding of Vietnam Labour Law, SI, and PIT regulations
  • Have good English communication skills to collaborate with global teams
  • Think like an operator and problem-solver, not just a process executor
  • Naturally look for ways to automate, simplify, and improve workflows
  • Are comfortable using AI tools and adapting to new technologies
  • Can work independently in a fast-paced remote-first environment
  • Communicate clearly and proactively, especially through written and async communication
  • Are highly organised, detail-oriented, and operationally strong
  • Are comfortable managing ambiguity and evolving priorities
  • Are positive, open-minded, and professional with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
