About The Role
We’re looking for a highly capable Growth Marketing Specialist to support the execution, day-to-day management, and optimization of our paid social campaigns across the ANZ market on an 8-10 month maternity cover contract.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will play a critical part in keeping our paid social engine running smoothly. Working closely with senior marketers, you will assist with campaign setup, asset coordination, routine optimizations, and performance reporting across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You will act as the operational backbone of our paid social tracks, collaborating with Content, Creative, and Marketing Ops to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, on time, and aligned with our lead generation goals.
Your key focus areas will be
Paid Social Campaign Support & Execution
- Handle the day-to-day setup, building, and launching of paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn (core platforms), as well as Reddit and TikTok where required.
- Manage routine platform optimizations including basic targeting updates, creative refreshes, and budget adjustments based on established guardrails.
- Ensure all tracking links, UTM parameters, and campaign settings are flawlessly implemented before launch.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor daily campaign performance and Flag shifts in key metrics (e.g., spikes in CPL or drop-offs in lead volume) to the growth team.
- Compile weekly and monthly performance data from ad platforms and internal CRM dashboards to assist in creating stakeholder reports.
- Help execute structured A/B tests by setting up creative variations and tracking test performance.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Asset Management
- Coordinate with the Creative and Content teams to request, organize, and prepare ad assets (copy, images, videos) for campaign launches.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to cross-check tracking accuracy, lead routing, and data integrity.
- Maintain organized shared drives and campaign calendars so cross-functional stakeholders have visibility into live and upcoming ads.
AI & Productivity Enablement
- Leverage AI tools and platform automation (e.g., Gemini, Claude, or other generative AI) to streamline creative testing, write ad variations, and speed up manual reporting workflows.
- Stay curious about evolving AI capabilities in paid social execution and look for ways to apply them to your daily tasks.
(Secondary) Content Syndication
- Support light-touch administration and lead-upload processes for content syndication / PPL campaigns where required.
Requirements
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or agency roles with hands-on exposure to paid social platforms.
- Practical experience navigation Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (building campaigns, uploading creatives, and pulling reports).
- Basic understanding of B2B lead generation funnels and core metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL).
- Strong data literacy—comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to organize and analyze campaign data.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot is a plus, but not required.
- Exposure to or an eagerness to use AI tools for marketing workflows (nice to have).
Communication & Ways of Working
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail—errors in budget setup or tracking links stress you out!
- A proactive communicator who provides regular updates on task status and campaign health.
- A reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take direction and learn from senior marketers.
- Solutions-oriented mindset when roadblocks or technical glitches arise.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
