Day to Day
This is a global leadership role responsible for defining, enforcing, and continuously evolving Indeed’s employer narrative and insights platform. As Director, Employer Narratives & Insights, you will own the global standards, governance, and commercial performance of employer storytelling, market insights, and narrative operations across all regions. You will set the architecture that determines how Indeed shows up to employers, translating product innovation, AI advancements, and macro labor trends into executive-ready commercial narratives, and ensuring insights and content accelerate pipeline, adoption, and revenue growth.
You will steer four interconnected global teams: Global Storytelling; Market Insights and Content (AMER); Market Insights and Content (EMEA); and Global Operations, including Seismic governance. Regional teams will operate within the frameworks, guardrails, and performance standards you establish, with this role governing global narrative architecture, insight strategy, content governance, and platform standards.
Your leadership will require enterprise-level thinking, change management expertise, operational rigor, and executive presence. You will operate as a horizontal integrator across Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Readiness, and Campaign functions worldwide, ensuring alignment and measurable commercial impact.
Responsibilities
- Define and govern Indeed’s global employer narrative framework across segments, translating product innovation, AI advancements, and labor market trends into differentiated commercial storytelling for executive buying committees.
- Architect a global insights strategy that transforms labor market and client intelligence into revenue-driving assets aligned to segment strategy, lifecycle stages, and priority solutions.
- Own global content governance and Seismic platform standards, driving taxonomy alignment, usage adoption, performance benchmarks, and measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Operate as a horizontal integrator across Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Campaigns, and Readiness, resolving tradeoffs and embedding global narrative and insight standards into field execution.
- Establish measurable commercial impact by tying narrative and insight utilization to pipeline creation, deal velocity, adoption acceleration, and revenue expansion.
- Create structured feedback loops with GTM and Product leadership to refine narrative, insights, and execution based on performance outcomes.
- Oversee and develop a high-performance global organization by growing multidisciplinary teams, establishing operating rhythms and performance standards, and fostering a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous improvement.
Skills/Competencies
- Requires a minimum of 17 years of related experience; or a minimum of 15 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience.
- Proven ability to define and enforce global standards across matrixed, multi-region organizations.
- Solid commercial acumen with demonstrated experience tying narrative, insights, and content strategy to measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Deep understanding of B2B buying committees across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation and embedding change across global GTM functions.
- Demonstrated capability in building scalable governance models and content ecosystems; experience with sales enablement platforms (ie: Seismic )

Tier 1 - United States of America 144,000 - 216,000 USD per year
Tier 2 - United States of America 158,000 - 238,000 USD per year
Tier 3 - United States of America 175,000 - 263,000 USD per year
