Purpose: Ensure the novel transmission is properly designed, integrates into a car and functions correctly through challenging core engineering work.

Accountabilities:

• Championing design of quality solutions using Stackup, DFMEA, DVP&R, and 8D.
• Adhering to APQP and ensure that development processes are followed.
• Proposing improvements to achieve higher efficiency, smoothness, durability and reduced NVH. 
• Evaluating concepts to determine their feasibility using analytical methods
