This global leadership role is accountable for building and optimizing Invinity’s supply chain to meet ambitious quality, cost, and performance goals. The Senior Director will shape strategic supplier partnerships, manage global networks, and lead a high-performing team to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop a forward-looking supply chain strategy aligned with business growth and competitive advantage.
Cost Optimization: Reduce product costs through supplier competition, collaboration in product development, and internal/external coordination.
Global Network Management: Build resilient global supplier and logistics networks. Lead make-versus-buy decisions and manage global demand planning.
Quality & NPI: Champion supplier quality and efficient manufacturing processes, especially in new product introduction (NPI).
Product Development Integration: Oversee operational responsibilities in new product development, including technology transfer to partners.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-capability team across sourcing, supplier development, and quality, embedding a strong safety and sustainability culture.
Digital Transformation: Implement automation and data-driven processes for improved decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement: Advocate for supply chain priorities across internal teams and align with enterprise strategy.
Qualifications
5+ years at the Director level or higher in strategic supply chain, NPI, or manufacturing engineering.
Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Proven success in complex, industrial manufacturing environments.
Expertise across the end-to-end supply chain: sourcing, quality, engineering, and product development.
Demonstrated success in change management, cost reduction, and team leadership.
Global experience with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Commercially astute, ethical, and highly professional.
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
