Quality Control
- Conduct in-process checks and final inspections to verify panels meet dimensional and quality standards.
- Identify defects such as misalignment, seal issues, surface damage, or contamination.
- Record assembly data accurately, including batch numbers, measurements, and inspection outcomes.
Equipment & Process
- Use hand tools
- Potential work within chemical handling protocols relating to electrolytes or cleaning agents (training provided).
- Follow EHS procedures around handling vanadium electrolyte components and cleanroom/controlled-environment practices where applicable.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work collaboratively with Production Technicians, Engineers, and Quality teams to solve assembly issues.
- Suggest improvements in processes, tooling, and work methods to enhance repeatability and efficiency.
- Participate in training, cross-skilling, and improvement initiatives.
