About the RoleThis is a 0→1 commercial leadership role. As our Go-To-Market and Sales Founding Member, you will architect and execute the strategy that takes Kavodax from early traction to market dominance. You’ll work directly with the founder and own everything from positioning to revenue.What You’ll OwnBuild and execute the full GTM strategy across enterprise, fintech, and developer ecosystems.Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for multiple customer segments.Lead customer acquisition, partnerships, and channel development.Establish pricing, packaging, and revenue models.Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap based on market intelligence.Build and lead a high-performance GTM team as we scale.Be the Sales Leader!What we are looking for?5+ years in GTM, product marketing, or commercial leadership in stablecoin, cross-border payments, and cryptocurrency.Hands-on experience scaling stablecoin or digital asset products — not just familiarity; you’ve owned commercial outcomes on one.Deep understanding of stablecoin adoption, liquidity dynamics, and regulatory considerations.Background in fintech, payments, crypto infrastructure, or financial services.Proven success launching and scaling B2B or platform products.Ability to operate at both the strategic and execution level.Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.CompensationThis role is equity-only to start. We’re looking for a builder who believes in what we’re creating and wants to own a meaningful piece of it.
