The Opportunity: Kids Help Phone is looking for a Donor Services Coordinator to join our Finance and Operations team in our Toronto Office. Reporting to the Manager, Donor Services, the successful candidate will play a key role in helping us achieve our mission of providing support to youth through virtual care and e-health solutions. What You’ll Do: - Provide an exceptional level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, serving as the first point of contact for the public.
- Respond to general inquiries; provide information and direct the incoming calls and emails to appropriate departments
- Support donor services including, gift processing, maintaining a high quality of data, ensuring accurate and timely recordkeeping, tax receipt and acknowledgement letters, and updated payment information.
- Support on printing acknowledgements and tax receipts to donors
- Performs other as assigned such as.
- Scanning invoices and expenses to FE NXT
- Occasionally processing some data entry to FE NXT
- Filing paid invoices
Our Ideal Candidate: - Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration.
- Data entry experience
- Fundraising knowledge is considered a STRONG asset.
- Raiser’s Edge experience or related program is a STRONG asset.
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Organizational skills
- Demonstrates high level of critical thinking with the ability to connect the donor to the organization in an impactful, meaningful way
- Ability to be flexible, adjusting to new tactics and strategies as they emerge
