KochaSoft is building a new learning and content management system for enterprises to train their employees and stakeholders in the key skills and programs they need for the future. We have one major enterprise customer validating the platform, and are in serious negotiations to sign two more that will help us fund and validate the platforms’ newest features. Our platform is natively built in the cloud, which brings security and compliance advantages to our enterprise customers.In a post COVID world, with the mix of remote and onsite work, there has never been a more disengaged workforce. It also comes with a high price tag: about 34 percent of each employee’s annual salary, as disengagement lowers productivity. At KochaSoft, we believe in freedom of work choice.
