Job Description:

Technology Business Operations Introduction

Business Operations Management (BOM) helps our Corporate Technology partners achieve operational and strategic excellence, specializing in the following areas: Financial & performance management, portfolio & investment management, resource management, operational risk management, and employee and colleague communications and engagement. The BOM team is committed to achieving excellence through the standardization and continuous improvement of its services and prides itself in being a highly collaborative and cross-functional group of professionals.

Manage a diverse portfolio of business management activities for complex or high risk functional area(s), and implement policies / processes and/or initiatives to meet business management, strategy and governance objectives. Interfaces regularly with management in the delivery of work activities.

Job Details

Responsibilities include supporting forward deployed (FD) teams with:

  • Source of Truth Reporting and Analytics

  • Data Management, Availability of Data and Privacy

  • Power BI Dashboards and Peer Development

  • Efficiencies and Enablement via Modelling & Automation

  • Leverage local tooling to introduce efficiencies broadly!

Mandate

  • Support the monthly forecasting and yearly budgeting process.

  • Share your subject matter expertise by contributing to complex, wide-ranging enterprise-wide, cross-function or business-specific initiatives and play an instrumental role in measuring financial performance. This could be resources management or financial related.

  • Working with the BOM team leads, present monthly consolidated resource and financial results and pinpoint issues, productivity opportunity, know the trends and provide specialized business management & financial advice to senior management and respective teams.

  • Own governance of Clarity and ensure assigned area is utilizing Clarity accurately. Ensure the rates and recoveries in Clarity are accurate on a monthly basis.

  • Oversee, lead, manage and plan a diverse set of work activities involving the development and implementation of policies, processes, procedures, changes across multiple functional areas.

  • Assist in the creation and production of Dashboards and Scorecards, work with Platform teams to update rolling forecasts and monitor performance against plan.

Job Requirements

  • Willingness to lean in for hands-on learning experience in analytics

  • Ability to perform reporting validations & inquiries and drive recommendations/findings

  • Support, mentor and provide guidance to junior level Business Mgmt. Analysts & peers

  • Strong ownership mentality and can-do attitude

  • Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills accompanied by strong business acumen with ability to engage senior audiences

  • Strong interpersonal skills able to influence and manage a very diverse set of stakeholders

  • Flexibility and resilience to execute in an agile environment, including the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

  • Acute attention to detail while moving at a fast paced

  • Demonstrate analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills

  • High proficiency in MS Office: Excel (including pivot tables, charts, and graphics) and PowerPoint

  • Proficiency in Clarity/Modern UX reporting databases


EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Undergraduate degree

  • 7+ years relevant experience
