Department Overview
The Compliance Data Enablement & Transformation (CDET) team supports the implementation and execution of data solutions and automations enhancing Compliance operations and reporting while maintaining proper oversight on data governance and data management of Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) processes feeding into the Enterprise RCM Framework. The RCM Framework sets out the structures, processes and key controls through which Risk Owners and Oversight Functions are expected to globally manage and mitigate regulatory compliance risk inherent in their business or corporate segment activities.

Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role will support the data quality management oversight program for Compliance RCM information by developing processes and procedures to ensure proper data governance and data management, overseeing data quality management program in accordance to the Enterprise Data Management Office (EDMO) standards; and proposing, designing, and implementing data solutions to strengthen the overall data control environment of the Compliance RCM processes, sub-processes, etc. Also, this role will support the development of the Global Compliance Data Strategy, implementation of targeted data quality initiatives, etc.
Job Requirements
Experience and Background:
5-6 years of relevant experience in data analytics, data governance, automation and BI. Engineering/Computer Science/Information systems background preferred. Experience with enterprise data or regulated environments preferred.
Core Technical Skills:
SQL (Advanced querying and data validation). Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation. Power BI (Data Modelling, DAX, Executive dashboard). Macros/VBA scripting. Python for Data analysis and automation. RPA exposure (Automation anywhere/UiPath or similar) as a strong plus.
Governance and Delivery:
Hands on experience with governance concepts (CDE/BDEs, data quality, and controls). Ability to independently lead, automate, analyze, and engage with stakeholders. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data insights to business impact.
