2026 Summer Analyst Program – Global Transaction Banking (New York)

    GTB serves TDS clients, who are the largest and most sophisticated within the bank and possess a comprehensive and complex set of business needs. Transaction Banking is a technology-powered product set that is deeply ingrained into the financial and operating systems of clients.

    GTB partners closely with other TDS groups across Corporate & Investment Banking as well as Global Markets, serving all industry coverage areas.

    Business Overview:

    GTB facilitates the day-to-day financial operations of our clients via a suite of products that enable them to:

    Make payments (for instance to suppliers or for payroll) Collect from customers (receivables) Store and protect their cash Optimize and secure their trading activities with buyer/suppliers Access insights and analytics to inform financial decisions

    The Global Transaction Banking Summer Analyst program provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and deep insights into the day-to-day operations of the GTB team. As a summer analyst, you will:

    • Participate in an immersive orientation and rigorous technical training program that is focused on building a strong foundation in financial analysis, accounting and valuation skills.
    • Interface with clients in assisting with deal structuring and client proposals.
    • Complete complex financial transactions in a fast-paced business environment, where you will be able to strengthen not only your financial analysis skills, but also your client management and problem-solving skills.
    • Manage product profitability, providing exceptional client servicing, acting as the first line of defense for risk and Internal compliance, as well as supporting a broader TDS wide client relationship management mandates.

    Who We Are Looking For

    • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.

    • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

    • Results driven, proven academic excellence and strong interpersonal skills.

    • High ethical and professional standards.

    • Strong financial/analytical skills, knowledge of MS Excel preferred.

    • Proactive and highly motivated.

    • Able to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

    Education & Experience:

    • High School Diploma required
    • Currently enrolled in 4 year college program or post graduate program
    • 3.2 GPA or higher preferred
    • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrated leadership qualities
    • Good written and oral communications skills
    • Detail oriented and self-motivated
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work in an office environment
