Job Description:

The role of CCR II, DDT, Intern Associate will support multiple teams across the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience by rotating across Sales, Marketing, Communications & Operations, providing broad exposure to how an end‑to‑end auto finance business operates & our unique culture at TD Auto Finance.

As a main portion of the role, you will perform a broad range of customer service transactions, may provide information and/or advice on services, products, and/or solutions to existing or prospective TD customers. This role contributes to the growth of the business by developing and deepening new / existing relationships. This role is required to understand customer needs and identify opportunities to promote products, services, and/or refer them to the appropriate team member or internal Bank partner, while ensuring a positive customer experience.

This role will work closely with cross‑functional partners, support day‑to‑day initiatives, and contribute to projects that impact dealer relationships, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Dedicated Dealer Team

  • Create an exceptional dealer experience with every client interaction and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the overall dealer experience by ensuring advice, service, and inquiries and/or issues are managed promptly and effectively under all conditions and with SLA.
  • Create a legendary dealer experience at every interaction by quickly and promptly actioning and responding to dealer requests through email, fax and phone.
  • Provide exceptional inbound and/or outbound service and/or advice support to dealers/partners on a range of moderately complex products and services.
  • Identifies and resolves issues within discretion and authority on processes, transactions or escalates.
  • Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems.
  • Adhere and follow our authentication process.
  • Offer comprehensive product knowledge and guidance as it relates to your role.
  • Dealer / DRM problems are managed appropriately the first time, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Expected to meet the needs of dealers/partners by offering advice/guidance and accurate timely information.
  • Complete a broad range of transactions (e.g., DWA, Lien Releases, Payout Quotes, as necessary) in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Identify dealer / DRM needs and determine solutions to dealer / DRM problems, particularly as it relates to TD Auto Finance products and services.
  • Maintain clear and precise communications with all parties involved to maintain dealer satisfaction.

Income Verification

  • Support Income Verification team with documentation review and process tracking
  • Assist with data entry, quality checks, and reporting
  • Gain exposure to credit and risk‑related processes within auto finance

Communications

  • Assist with internal and external communications initiatives
  • Support drafting, editing, and organizing communications content
  • Help maintain shared resources, templates, and communication logs

General Responsibilities

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and project updates
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow established processes
  • Adhere to TD policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards

  • Contribute to the achievement of business objectives by maintaining strong customer service skills to support our JD Power, and LEI goals, maintaining a strong ability to support dealers and provide positive helpful guidance and care.
  • Promote our business model through your interactions with our dealers, through your knowledge of our policies and procedures.
  • Understand and apply operating policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to business objectives for Operational Excellence
  • Support the timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures.
  • Escalate non-standard or high- risk transactions / activities, as necessary.
  • Ensure documentation that is prepared / completed is accurate and accurately reflects client / business intentions and is consistent with relevant rules / regulations.
  • Support and participate in process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure necessary due diligence to support the accuracy of all customer transactions / activities.
  • Be knowledgeable of and comply with Bank Code of Conduct and Ethics

  • Participate fully as a member of the sales team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation, and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest.
  • Actively participate in weekly Service Observational coaching (SOC) and action planning

  • Support the team by continuously enhancing knowledge / expertise in own area and participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business unit.
